• Record and verify all accounting transactions in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, accruals, advances regularly.
• Maintain and control fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Review general ledger entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT,PIT etc.) accurately and on time as per Vietnamese tax laws.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations.
• Work with tax authorities during tax audits, inspections, and provide required documentation to authorities.
• Work with audits by providing necessary information and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal control procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal control systems to prevent accounting errors and financial risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting. Experience in the manufacturing field is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax law, VAS and basic understanding of IFRS is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
