Your role & responsibilities

Assist in entering orders into the ERP system after receiving a PO from the Sales team.
Support communication with Head Office, Buyers, Suppliers, and Factories to help resolve matters from development to shipment.
Assist in processing sample development and coordinating with related departments.
Help transfer orders to production stages (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing).
Support in creating purchase orders for materials and accessories.
Work with factories and the Planning team to follow up on sample progress, quality checks, and order schedules.
Monitor and report any issues related to order progress to the supervisor.
Assist in following up on delivery schedules and customer payment status.
Assist in related tasks as instructed by the mentor/manager

Your skills & qualifications

3rd- or 4th-year students or recent graduates in: Garment/Textile, Economics,or other related majors
Can work fulltime
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Have personal laptop
