We’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a hands-on Fullstack Team Leader who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing products while guiding a growing engineering team. This is a 70% coding / 30% leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in both deep tech and people development.

Must to Have:
- Proven track record with 3+ years in fullstack development and 1+ year leading engineering teams in product-based companies;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT-related major;
- Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices;
- Comfortable providing feedback and mentoring junior to senior developers;
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with React.js;
- Strong familiarity with large-scale microservices architecture;
- Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab and RESTful API;
- Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience with fullstack frameworks (Meteor.js, Remix);
- Familiarity with AI tools or models.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in Python development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools is a plus.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
