You’ll join an AI-native, high-impact team already delivering projects across Australia.

This is your chance to be a founding member, shape technical direction from day one, and grow into a Tech Lead and beyond as we scale from Vietnam to the world.

You’ll work closely with our founders and AI engineers to create intelligent user experiences that make complex verification workflows feel simple and human.

AI Agents & Automation – multi-agent orchestration (LLMs + MCP) that replaces manual verification
Document Intelligence– OCR + NLP pipelines to read and classify resumes and compliance files
Smart Dashboards & Extensions – React interfaces and browser extensions integrating with CRMs
Core API & Data Layer – FastAPI / TypeScript / pgvector for semantic search + real-time updates
CI/CD & Infra – AWS Amplify / GCP / Vercel with automated testing + observability

You’re a builder who loves learning and collaboration — not waiting for specs.

Must-Have

5 + years in production SaaS
Python & TypeScript (FastAPI + React preferred)
Strong REST/WebSocket API design & cloud architecture (AWS or GCP)
SQL / PostgreSQL + modern frontend stacks (React / Tailwind / Vite)
Git-based CI/CD + Agile delivery

Nice-to-Have

Hands-on AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini)
RAG systems / multi-agent experience
Browser extension or CRM integration
PII security awareness
Good English – daily interaction with Australian founders
