Job Summary
This Full Stack Developer role is responsible for full-cycle software development, including coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and system maintenance while collaborating with internal and external cross functional teams to ensure software quality and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and frontend applications.
- Build and enhance high-performance fintech/product systems handling large-scale concurrent users and high-volume transactions.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed system architectures.
- Develop reliable APIs, asynchronous processing flows, and event-driven services.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and application responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with PDM, designers, mobile developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Design and maintain efficient database structures, caching strategies, and data processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and distributed system challenges.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
Reporting and Monitoring
- Provide regular progress updates to the Director/PDM/Lead Developer of team
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including code specifications and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for knowledge sharing and system sustainability.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance code report to PDM/Lead Developer of team
Cooperation & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
- Actively comply with company standards.
- 4+ years of experience with backend development using Node.js/NestJS and frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, dependency injection (DI), modular architecture, and scalable application design.
- Experience designing and building scalable microservices, distributed systems, and high concurrency/high-transaction platforms.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, background jobs, caching strategies, and message queues.
- Experience working with relational, NoSQL, and graph databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Neo4j.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially GKE, Google Pub/Sub, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and system performance optimization.
- Good understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, application security, authentication/authorization, and secure coding best practices.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit/integration testing practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good English communication skills.
