RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working directly with our System Team as well as learning from them. Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding, implementing and updating our frontend web applications.
- Participating proactively in team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements.
Your skills & qualifications
- Ability to read/write English technical documents (required).
- Ability to work comfortably in a team-oriented yet remote environment (required).
- Experience in Node.js (required).
- Experience in all versions of ECMAScript, CommonJS, and Babel (required).
- Experience in React and Redux (required).
- Experience in HTML5 / HTML / XHTML / JS / CSS3 / SASS / LESS (required).
- Experience with Webpack (preferred).
- Experience with Bootstrap (required).
- Experience with jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and similar technologies (required).
- Excellent understanding of UI implementation with responsive and adaptive layouts (required).
- Ability to translate static layouts (wireframes, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Sketch mock-ups, paper prototypes, ...) into working applications (required).
- Experience of dealing with cross-browser compatibility requirements (required).
- Understanding of web accessibility best practices (preferred).
- Experience and basic knowledge about SEO (preferred).
- Good understanding of software development best practices (responsive design, graceful degradation, ...) (preferred).
