Fresher/Trainee Application Consultant

Position Overview

  • Being a Fresher/Trainee Application Consultant means you are trained to be able to implement the Infor & TRG Products, bringing our clients’ digital transformation strategies to life.
  • You will be learning about all facets of successful software implementation and how the right IT solution can enable clients to improve their key business processes and enhance productivity. You are the go-to person for technical-related emergencies regarding the system, as you and your expertise, skill, and professionalism are significant to our team.

Your role & responsibilities:

What does a successful Fresher/Trainee Application Consultant look like?

You will work collaboratively with the senior consultants during the implementation of the software and ensure the project gets rolled out according to plan. This will include:

Software implementation:

  • System installation and configuration
  • Data migration
  • User acceptance testing
  • Solution production run
  • Functional specification documentation

Post-implementation support

  • Support our senior consultants in troubleshooting issues post-implementation
  • Diagnose, research, analyse issues related to platform, software functionality, configuration, and data
  • Prepare system and project documentation

Your skills & qualifications:

What you need?

  • 0-1 year experience in ERP/application consulting (fresh graduates are accepted).
  • Have experience in outsourcing and have been exposed through ERP system
  • Good self-study skills, ability to learn from doing, and gain insights from reading software documents
  • Background or experience working in the technology industry and/ or financial & accounting software implementation (Misa, Lemontree, Fast, Effect, SAP, ERP, Oracle...)
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective in time management and task prioritization
  • Good at English is a must, Good command of Chinese/Spanish is highly preferred
