• Have/gain knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
• Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
• Involved in application testing, change and release management.
• Collaborating with other team members to develop training videos, user guide, or tutorials, conducting phone training and support, or live troubleshooting of issues

• Minimum 1-year experience in functional consultation for ERP systems
• Experience with support and implementation of ERP Systems
• Good writing/documentation skills for end-user documents
• Good organization, prioritization & problem solving skills
• Good customer/client relation skills
• Professional communication in corporate environment
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Business Analyst experience is preferred
• Microsoft certifications of Dynamics AX are a plus
• Experience in using Microsoft SQL is preferred
