Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
Involved in application testing, change and release management.
Collaborating with other team members to develop training videos, infographics or tutorials, conducting phone training and support, or live troubleshooting of issues

Your skills & qualifications
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in ERP support and implementation experience required
Good writing/documentation skills for end-user documents
Good organization, prioritization & problem solving skills
Good customer/client relation skills
Professional communication in corporate environment
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred requirements:
Microsoft certifications of Dynamics AX are a plus
Experience in using Microsoft SQL is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
