Your role & responsibilities
- Have/gain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
- Provide ERP application support for all users across the firm.
- Involved in application testing, change and release management.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop training videos, infographics or tutorials, conducting phone training and support, or live troubleshooting of issues
Your skills & qualifications
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in ERP support and implementation experience required
- Good writing/documentation skills for end-user documents
- Good organization, prioritization & problem solving skills
- Good customer/client relation skills
- Professional communication in corporate environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred requirements:
- Microsoft certifications of Dynamics AX are a plus
- Experience in using Microsoft SQL is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
