Project Manager

Project Manager will be responsible for organizing our clients’ technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. Project Manager should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Liaise between the account and internal teams
  • Leading project planning sessions, developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources, developing schedules and methods for measuring results
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required, guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
  • Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Work with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
  • Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork

Your skills & qualifications
  • At least 1/2 -1 year of working experience in programming or engineering backgrounds; IT Project Manager, Software Manager, Project Manager.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Business strategy aptitude
  • Decision-making and leadership skills
