About Company

Digital Product Manager - Automation & Simplification for Supply Chain will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of digital products and solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across our supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define
product requirements, and deliver solutions that improve supply chain performance and support digital transformation initiatives.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for digital supply chain products.
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Enhance quality of product development requirement for sustainable feature & solution design & architecture
  • Product Development:
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working with design and development teams.
  • Project Management
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Product Performance
    • Monitor and optimize product performance based on user feedback and KPIs.
  • Communication
    • Update stakeholders on product progress and facilitate feedback sessions.
    • Execute the communication for digital transformation & new WOW
  • User Experience
    • Ensure products provide a strong user experience through design and usability best practices.

Your skills & qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital solutions in the supply chain or logistics domain.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
  • SC Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, technologies, and best practices
  • 1-2 year experience in supply chain system: ERP, TMS, Dynamic 365 & 1-2 years experience in automation & simplification projects.
