Design appropriate insurance solutions based on partner needs, leading business negotiations and proposals to drive successful collaboration.
Execute business partnerships, managing contract signing, sales and post-sales processes, and system integration to ensure smooth project launch and stable operations.
Manage sales performance and partner relationships, monitoring sales and profitability, maintaining partnerships, and resolving business issues promptly to ensure long-term stability.
Handle other tasks assigned by management, supporting business growth and achieving team objectives.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in insurance channel development, with familiarity in digital insurance models such as Bancassurance, InsurTech, and Embedded Insurance.
Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, market trends, and relevant regulations, with a strategic mindset for business development.
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to identify industry trends and propose innovative business opportunities.
Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining key partnerships.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with product, underwriting, claims, and IT teams to drive digital insurance growth and innovation.
Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is a plus, with the ability to thrive in an international work environment.
