Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis:Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
Infrastructure Design:Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Automation:Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Security Management:Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Debugging:Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
Collaboration with Development Teams:Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Collaboration:Collaborate with FE/BE developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
System Design:Gather and address technical and design requirements
Training:Provide training and support to internal teams
Testing:Write well tested software to ensure quality, responsiveness and efficiency
Documentation:Write technical documentation
Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements
Experience:At least +3 years’ experience in BE, DBA & DevOps
Algorithmic Knowledge:Have knowledge in following technologies: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD
Domain Expertise:In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Frameworks and Libraries:Familiarity with common stacks
APIs and Web Services:Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Go)
Databases:Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
Development Tools:Familiarity with development tools (e.g. Git, Docker, Cloud services)
Code Quality:Participate in the entire application lifecycle
Market Research:Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
Tracking tools:Familiar with agile software development processes and tools
Cloud Services:Nice to have AWS Certification
Problem Solving:Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill.
Adaptability:Previous success developing and shipping a large-scale application with a user-empathetic mindset
Additional Skills:Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
