About Company
One On One English is an ed-tech startup based in Vietnam looking to disrupt English language instruction in South East Asia. We provide online ESL courses to elementary to high school students by connecting learners with North American teachers in virtual classrooms designed to optimize learning. Our vision is to become the leading education platform for quality language instruction and enrichment in SEA.
Your role & responsibilities
- Configuration of build pipelines to enable teams to do continuous integration and delivery
- Collaborate with our developers and testers in delivering new features and applications
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure platform
- Monitor and optimize application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Administration of our different DevOps tools, and automating processes whenever possible
Your skills & qualifications
- Strong understanding of all Amazon AWS
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Experience in container technology and its concepts such as Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining high intensive RDBMS/NoSQL databases and search engines (e.g Postgres, Elasticsearch, etc.).
- Well working experience with the source control and its related concepts Git, Gitflow, branches, tags, etc.)
- Logging system such as Elastic Stack ELK/EFK, Graylog is a plus.
- Error exception tracking & APM tracing such as Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, Elasticsearch APM is a big plus
- Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes using self-managed tools or relevant cloud technologies
