DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER

The Development Team Leader will collaborate closely with the Product team on a product-oriented mission to achieve product, business, and technology goals.

• Lead and manage a team of backend and frontend developers.
• Writing high-quality code, participating in coding reviews, and maintaining source code.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Manager, Product Manager, and Developer to build API systems and web applications.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues and errors in production.
• Mentor and train team members to foster their professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members.
• Research new technologies suitable for investment projects of the company.

• At least 05 years of PHP (PHP, Laravel) development experience, emphasizing web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid experience with database systems (MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB), caching and queue management (Redis, RabbitMQ), and REST API development.
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git is preferred), and CI/CD tools (Gitlab).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (PHPUnit), and debugging (XDebug).
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Experience in managing and leading teams, including mentoring and coaching team members.
• Knowledge of Frontend framework (Vue.js or Reactjs).
• Knowledge of Real-Time Communication (FireBase, WebSocket).
• Knowledge of system performance and scaling, and database troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Linux systems and Google Analytics
