Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other Socotec offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a DEVELOPER FULLSTACK.

Responsibilities

As a Software Developer in our Application Development team, you will: 

  • Develop and maintain bespoke solutions, working closely with the Software Development Manager. 
  • Troubleshoot issues, assist in the configuration and deployment of releases, and provide support to a range of applications. ·
  • Help and advise L1/L2 support analysts, playing a key role in the continuous improvement of our development team.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate requirements into functional code. 
  • Experience of development in Java (Or Similar Object Orientated Language) 
  • Experience of development in Javascript
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting/querying, Database design & development 
  • Good problem solving abilities 
  • Good knowledge of network, OS and wider infrastructure supporting business solutions
  • Knowledge Angular Front End/ Spring Platform/ REST and Web API’s/MSSQL/TSQL/Docker/ Kafka or similer Service Bus technologhy is preferred
