Your role & responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for industrial land, ready-built factories (RBF), and warehouses in the company's portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to manage day-to-day team operations and achieve assigned sales KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial real estate brokers, agencies, and consulting firms.
  • Actively seek and engage potential investors (FDIs and local) through direct approach, referrals, and broker channels.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, property site tours, industry exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support event planning, promotional campaigns, and communication materials.
  • Support internal coordination with legal, technical, and investment teams to ensure smooth execution of client contracts and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for pricing, positioning, and product development.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client pipeline, and market insights to the Sales Director

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the industrial real estate sector, including hands-on experience with leasing industrial land/RBF/warehouses.
  • Strong knowledge of the characteristics and procedures of the industrial real estate market in Vietnam.
  • Experience working with broker networks and handling B2B investor relations is essential.
  • Proven ability to coordinate business events, trade shows, and investor tours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in interacting with senior-level partners and clients.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages such as Chinese or Korean is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in English, Proficient in another language is a plus
