Multi-Cloud Management: Design, deploy, and maintain production databases across OCI, AWS, and Azure, ensuring high availability and seamless cross-cloud connectivity.
Database Engineering: Provide expert-level administration for Oracle (including RAC and Data Guard) and Microsoft SQL Server (AlwaysOn Availability Groups).
Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor and optimize complex queries, index strategies, and resource allocation to ensure sub-second latency for critical applications.
Automation & DevOps: Leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) to automate database provisioning, patching, and scaling.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and test robust RTO/RPO strategies to ensure zero data loss across geographic regions.
Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous access controls, encryption at rest/motion, and audit logging to meet global compliance standards.
Migration Architecture: Lead complex database migrations from on-premises environments to cloud-native or DBaaS (PaaS) platforms.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Database Administration, with at least 2 years focused on cloud-hosted environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: (Preferred) AWS Certified Database Specialty, OCI Professional Architect, or Azure Database Administrator Associate.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical “detective” skills for root-cause analysis and the ability to explain complex technical debt to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

Cloud Platforms: Deep proficiency in OCI (Exadata Cloud Service), AWS (RDS, Aurora, EC2), and Azure (SQL Managed Instance).
Core Databases: Expert knowledge of Oracle (19c/21c) and Microsoft SQL Server (2016–2022).
Operating Systems: Advanced Linux/Unix shell scripting and robust Windows Server administration skills.
IaC & Automation: Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, or PowerShell for database automation.
Monitoring Tools: Experience utilizing enterprise monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), or Datadog.

Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
