We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics professional to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business processes and support informed decision-making. The position necessitates extensive knowledge with data analysis, reporting, and visualization technologies. The suitable candidate should be highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and able to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to better understand their needs and deliver data insights to help them make decisions.
  • Analyze huge datasets to discover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Create and manage BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and other similar platforms.
  • Create and maintain data models to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support various business operations.
  • Design and implement machine learning models.

Your skills & qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a quantitative field like Marketing, Business, or Economics.
  • Expertise in evaluating the quality, completeness, and reliability of datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven success in addressing challenges and using data to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with running machine learning models.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring data quality and thorough documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
