PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to the need to expand our business, we have opened a new facility in Da Nang to provide BPO services and develop human resources, focusing on the digital field. We are currently recruiting for a management position. We are looking for people who can promote the system development business at our new facility!

Your role & responsibilities
  • Coding: Web applications development
  • Meeting with BA or BSE
  • Communication of specifications to the development team, visualization of problems
  • Development team and schedule management
  • Give necessary training for team member
  • Working content will be exchanged more detailed in the interview

Your skills & qualifications

Must:

  • Experience in development team management
  • Experience in web application development (PHP,C#, .Net)
  • Experience with one of these framework: Laravel, CodeIgnitor, Entity, Lambda, Wordpress...
  • Have teamwork spirit
  • Communication skills in English

Preference:

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with JavaScript and Next.js, TypeScript, Node Js
  • Experience working in a Japanese company
  • Communication skills in Japanese

Working hours:

  • 8:00 - 17:00, T2 - T6
