About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Communicate with customer in test requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting and trouble solving.
- Transform customer’s test requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
- Analyze and design Test Plan and main workflow for the project.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of test design will be written.
- Perform the role of Quality Control of Product.
- Make test plan and detailed schedule for team’s quality control.
- Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
- Lead in orienting and coaching new technology, business knowledge for growing up subordinates’ testing skill and performance.
- Manage team size 3~ 5 members and support project manager to manage project progress, quality.
- Report to PM and Line Manager.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle, especially product’s quality control and automation testing in agile testing model.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Good Communication skills and experience in working in project team from multi-countries
- Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
- English : B2, C1 level is required
