Your role & responsibilities
  • Support account opening and closure procedures, and manage customer information.
  • Perform daily trading operations: order receiving, placing, confirming, and settlement.
  • Handle securities-related services including depository, registration, and corporate actions.
  • Provide client support and consultation in both Korean and Vietnamese, with a primary focus on  serving Korean clients. 
  • Maintain and organize relevant records and documentation. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, Korean Culture, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business  Administration or relevant fields. 
  • Korean proficiency at TOPIK level 4 or higher (listening and speaking required).
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided from scratch. 
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. 
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in handling client-related processes.
  • Passion for finance and interest in the securities industry. 
  • Willing learner  
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results 
  • Excellent communication skills
