CryptoPie Labo - Product Owner

Talent Success's client is a blockchain product company, base in Japan

With special responsibilities: research and determine the clients' needs to determine which features to include on products and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders.

• Communicate with clients/ stakeholders whenever needed to best understand the product, requirements, processes, key pain points… to bring the best solution
• Manage product backlog: order, refine, prioritize...
• Build and maintain product roadmap short term and long term
• Oversee development stages and contribute to planning, execution and review of each sprint
• Creating detailed document
• Anticipate client needs and create customer journey maps
• Evaluate product progress on a monthly basis with CEO/ Manager/… 

• 3-5 years’ experience in Product Owner/ Manager or similar roles
• Knowledge of agile processes and principles (Having PSPO certification is a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• BA skills and experience talking to customers
• Fluency in English
• Knowledgeable or worked in the finance/ Blockchain/ Banking product or project is an advantage
