Your role & responsibilities
  • Develop, Implement, and monitor credit policies for unsecured products.
  • Review unsecured product programs and keep track on policies changes.
  • Ensure compliance of unsecured products regulations and processes with Bank’s internal and regulatory standards together with deep understanding on Unsecured segment..
  • Participate in new retail unsecured product development, campaigns and product revisions. Discuss product initiatives in constructive way to find compromise between risk control and business growth.
  • Design underwriting process for unsecured product.
  • Prepare BRD and own change requests related to retail lending customers in LOS system.
  • Working in close cooperation with analytical team monitor and analyze unsecured products performance to identify problem and potential improvements, propose and make corrective actions.
  • Monitor and improve credit operations of unsecured loans.
  • Prepare unsecured portfolio related presentations and materials for making reports to Teamleader and Head of Retail risk if requested.
  • Participate in Basel II implementation project.
  • Support Credit risk management policy Manager in unsecured portfolio matters.

Your skills & qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking
  • More than 3- 5 years experience in retail banking or retail risk
  • Knowledge of Unsecured lending Product.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese banking regulations and SBV requirements
  • Structured thinking
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good in presentations
  • Fluent English
