Responsibilities
- Supervise event concept development and proposal creation, ensuring both strategic alignment and originality.
- Conduct in-depth research on event trends, audience behavior, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the Art Design and Show & Visual teams to create cohesive and engaging event storytelling.
- Develop clear, well-structured proposal presentations to increase client pitching success.
- Confidently present event concepts and creative strategies in English to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure proposals consistently maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and feasibility.
- Support the mentoring and guidance of junior planners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high-quality work.
