• Manage daily operations across multiple Telegram channels and groups
• Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience
• Monitor community engagement and respond to user inquiries promptly
• Track and report on key growth metrics (subscribers, engagement rates, conversion)
• Collaborate with our development team to communicate product updates effectively
• Develop and execute Telegram-specific marketing campaigns
• Build strategic partnerships with other Telegram communities
• Implement growth hacking strategies to increase channel subscribers
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify market opportunities
• Lead community events, AMAs, and product launches

Must-Have:

• Proven experience managing Telegram channels/groups (personal or professional)
• Understanding of Telegram's features: bots, channels, groups, polls, etc.
• Knowledge of Telegram marketing tools and bots
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Basic analytics skills to track and interpret engagement metrics
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Strong Plus:

• Previous marketing experience in crypto, AI, or tech communities
• Experience organizing online/offline events for Telegram communities.
• Extensive network within the AI/Crypto industry, with proven ability to leverage partnerships for community growth.
• Experience with content creation (graphics, videos, copy)
