Your role & responsibilities

The Impact you will generate:

  • You will lead efforts in customer retention, improve customer satisfaction, and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Responsible for relationships with assigned clients, you will provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Your expertise will enable you to identify technical barriers and propose appropriate solutions using CDP 365.
  • As a liaison between customers and internal teams, you will advocate for customer needs.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, nurturing their growth and driving strong executive relationships while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve optimal performance.
  • Digging into problems, you will devise sustainable solutions and emphasize Growth, Engagement and Integration.
  • Working closely with internal account teams, you will minimize renewal risk, uncover expansion opportunities, and build strategies to improve customer adoption.
  • In addition, you will advise brands on how to leverage diverse direct marketing channels for personalized interactions at scale.
  • Careful monitoring and proactive management of your accounts will ensure enhanced ROI and comprehensive support throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical Marketing mindset is Required.
  • Measuring and analyzing performance of the accounts for challenges and opportunities to improve overall client experience.
  • Self-motivated, Self-starter and strategic mind-set, quick learner, a true partner and a concierge for our clients who can go out of his/her way to meet their KPIs.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Client Success/Growth  Marketing role.
  • Ensuring the retention of the clients on a year-to-year basis and strategizing a growth path by influencing clients with potential up-selling and cross-selling across various departments and subsidiaries.
  • Continuous learning about the emerging digital industry (Communication Channels & Marketing Automation) to service and consult top notch clients from several sectors - E-com, Retail, FnB, Classifieds, Travel etc.
