Support the day-to-day technical operations and monitoring of the NAPAS Domestic Credit Card System under the guidance of the IT Card Operations Specialist (L2), ensuring routine operational tasks are executed accurately, on time, and in accordance with defined procedures and runbooks.

Perform first-level technical monitoring and triage for card-related incidents; identify, log, and escalate issues to the IT Card Operations Specialist (L2) promptly; execute assigned troubleshooting steps and resolutions under supervision.

Execute operational tasks related to card system maintenance, batch processing, clearing & settlement, and scheme operations following established procedures; support the Specialist in PCI DSS compliance activities and card project implementation workstreams.

1
Your role & responsibilities
  • Card System Daily Operations: Execute day-to-day operational tasks for the card system under the supervision of the Specialist — including batch job monitoring (settlement runs, clearing file generation, fee posting, statement generation), transaction health monitoring across QR, e-commerce, and mobile channels, interface status checks (CBS, payment gateway, embossing bureau, SMS gateway), and proactive system health checks (database storage, queue depth, batch job completion status, error rates).
  • Incident Monitoring & First-Level Triage (L1): Monitor card system alerts and transaction error logs in real time; identify anomalies (authorization failure spikes, settlement discrepancies, batch errors, connectivity interruptions); perform initial log analysis using ISO 8583 message traces; log all incidents accurately in the ITSM system with full detail; escalate to the IT Card Operations Specialist (L2) with clear symptom description, impact assessment, and relevant log evidence; execute assigned resolution steps under Specialist guidance.
  • NAPAS & Scheme Daily Operations: Execute NAPAS clearing and settlement file processing tasks (download, validate, upload, reconcile) per defined schedule and procedures; perform routine NAPAS connectivity checks; support dispute and chargeback processing under the direction of the Specialist;
  • HSM & Key Management Support
  • PCI DSS & Security Support: Execute assigned PCI DSS operational controls — access log review, user access reconciliation, patch status verification, antivirus/log monitoring checks; assist with evidence collection for quarterly internal scans and annual QSA audit; report any potential security incidents or policy violations to the Specialist immediately; ensure all card data handling follows PCI DSS procedures at all times.
  • System Changes & Testing Support: Execute assigned change tasks for card system modifications under the direction of the Specialist — including CMS parameter updates, NAPAS scheme file deployments, and test environment preparation; execute SIT and regression test scripts as assigned; log defects accurately with full reproduction steps; perform post-change verification checks and report results to the Specialist; maintain test environment data in compliance with PCI DSS (no live card data in non-production).
  • Operational Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily and weekly card system operational reports (batch completion status, transaction error rate, system availability) based on defined templates; maintain and update operational checklists and shift handover logs; assist the Specialist in updating runbooks and troubleshooting guides when procedures change; during card implementation projects: execute assigned IT workstream tasks, prepare technical test documentation (test scripts, defect logs, test completion reports) under the Specialist's supervision, and contribute to UAT preparation and go-live readiness checklists.

  • Basic PCI DSS awareness — understands card data handling rules, CDE boundaries, and can execute assigned compliance tasks
  • Experience participating in card system implementation project tasks (SIT/UAT execution, defect logging, test environment support) is an advantage"

Ngoại ngữ / Foreign Language (English)
