Responsibilities

  • Workforce planning & budget management: Together with Head of HRBP to work with the Business Leaders to plan for the budget & Headcount in order to meet the business objectives
  • Performance management: To drive the high performance culture by effectively facilitate the performance management process, coaching & guide people manager on performance management for up to management level.
  • Employee management: Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the internal client, Builds a strong business relationship with the partners & Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
  • Talent management & Succession plan: implement succession plan up to management level. Identified the talent & develop the IDP to develop talent
  • Talent Acquisition: To recruit from Grade 9+ for the business unit
  • Change management: Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks, challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes up to Center/ Regional level

Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Graduated from University or above

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • 5+ year experiences in human resources management
  • Good understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases
  • Good of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures

3. Skills

  • English advanced
  • Communication/interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Customer service skills

4. Relevant Experience

  • +4 years of experience in: HRBP, L&D, C&B
  • Experience in banking industry

5. Required Competencies

  • Communication
  • Negotiation/influence
  • Change management
