1. Onboarding & Movement
- Take on a key role in managing the salesforce onboarding process and movement cycle such as: recruitment, training & coding, onboarding, rotation & promotion, termination.
- Have responsibility for managing all current sales operational processes and improving them based on self/ business requirement.
- Coordinate with internal relevant departments to ensure that the sales team and partners have a hasle-free working processes.
- Coordinate sales heads/partners to handle and resolve problems throughout onboarding & movement processes.
- Be departmental key contact point to support PD staff onboarding in alignment with HR/IT and other relevant depts.
2. Sales Support Operation
- Handle operation for sales force such as: scan document, collect hardcopy, upload softcopy into core system...
- Support salesforce in resolving issues throughout the sales process.
- Prepare guidelines and train salesforce on those procedures and tools.
- Be key contact point of PD customer complaint processes to work with relevant departments and partners.
3. Admin task
- Documentation: in charge to handle all document which is related to partner, internal team.
- Payment: in charge to do payment of team.
- Booking Travel Business.
4. Other tasks
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of process management and administrative task management.
- Ellective process management.
- Comprehend the data report.
- Real experience working with diverse teams/departments.
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Take responsibility for your work and alm for constant improvement.
- Working under severe pressure.
- Integrity, big thinking, accountabllity, and a customer focus.
- Insurance Industry experience is preferred.
- Good in English and Vietnamese.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
