Responsibilities

  • Build and grow channel partnerships in Vietnam through targeted recruitment and ongoing support.
  • Co-develop go-to-market plans with partners and ensure alignment with AVTech's revenue goals.
  • Educate partners on product roadmap, integrations (e.g., Zoom + Workvivo, eSentire + Splunk), and deployment strategies.
  • Enable partners via regular workshops, demo sessions, and technical pre-sales collaboration.
  • Lead territory-based initiatives such as Lunch & Learn, regional roadshows, and webinars.
  • Track sales activities using CRM and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Information Technology.
  • 3–5 years experience in sales or channel development in tech (SaaS or cybersecurity a plus).
  • Solid understanding of the Southern Vietnam technology partner landscape.
  • Experience with enterprise or SME partner models.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Vietnamese fluency, and working English proficiency is required.
