1. Educational Qualifications:
- University degree or higher in one of the followings: Banking, finance, business administration, investment, insurance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or financial analysis within a banking/financial services organization.
- Exposure to digital transformation and fintech-related initiatives is a plus.
2. Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in Executive offices, business planning, or project management roles.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents.
3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:
- Knowledgeable about products and services for priority customers, elite customers (individuals), especially deposits, investment, insurance, credit cards, loans
- Specialization in intensive report analysis.
4. Skills:
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytics tools.
- Job management, sales support management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
