Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the go-to-market strategy for direct sales across SEA, including pipeline development, key account management, and deal closure.
Market Development: Identify new opportunities and drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development (banks, fintech partners, enterprise clients).
Partnerships & Platform Integration: Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and key partners to embed and integrate the company’s platform into their offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align go-to-market plans with product features, roadmap, and positioning based on client feedback.
Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver on revenue targets and sales KPIs, while maintaining high standards of forecasting, reporting, and sales operations.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales and partnerships team as the company scales across the region.
Requirements
8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development in tech or fintech.
Proven success in building markets or scaling platforms.
Strong network in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology is a plus.
Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and partnerships.
Fluent in English & Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
