Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the go-to-market strategy for direct sales across SEA, including pipeline development, key account management, and deal closure.
  • Market Development: Identify new opportunities and drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development (banks, fintech partners, enterprise clients).
  • Partnerships & Platform Integration: Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and key partners to embed and integrate the company’s platform into their offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align go-to-market plans with product features, roadmap, and positioning based on client feedback.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver on revenue targets and sales KPIs, while maintaining high standards of forecasting, reporting, and sales operations.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales and partnerships team as the company scales across the region.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development in tech or fintech.
  • Proven success in building markets or scaling platforms.
  • Strong network in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology is a plus.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and partnerships.
  • Fluent in English & Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
