Your role & responsibilities

Understand country (Asia) laws, regulations and taxation which may related to business operation
Conduct business risk assessments for all aspects and report of risks to COO and HoBC regularly
Coordinate with Operation teams on business expansion and business continuity plan
Manage on new company setups and coordinate on bank account opening.
Maintain filing of business registrations, contracts and bank information and country requirements
Ensure legal and financial integrity across cross-border operations
Develop and implement the Compliance Framework and SOPs
Conduct regular compliance reviews and country visit to ensure business compliance are met
Report business risks and updates to related personnel, Head of Business Compliance and CEO

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science or Business Administration,
5+ years’ experience in business compliance or cross-border operations
Strong understanding of international law, Commerce law
Experience with financial audit, international taxation and risk management is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Able to travel
