Business Analyst

• Working with stakeholders to understand their vision, needs, concerns, priorities and the environment in which they operate.
• Gather, organize and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.
• Generation of business requirements documents from high level conceptual papers through to detailed specifications including detailed use cases, workflows, user stories, test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Elicitate requirements specification into key functions.
• Working closely with User Experience designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designs.
• Act as the key linkage between the wider stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the development team understands the business requirements and that the evolving solution meets the defined requirements.
• Work closely with our development team in an Agile environment to refine, prioritize and support the development, testing and release lifecycle.

Must have:

• At least 3 years in Business Analysis.
• Excellent English communication (write, read, speak and listen).
• Experienced in stakeholder management and ability to build relationships in a remote cross-functional team environment..
• Excellent logical and analytical thinking, and ability to capture both high level concepts and detailed requirements clearly and succinctly in documents.
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows.
• Working knowledge of the payment industry and experience in defining payment system requirements.

• Exposure to KYC and Identity management concepts.
• Experience with payment or ecommerce domains.
