1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Design and map multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to Emotiv’s strategic goals and segment‑specific needs.
- Define success via SMART KPIs, budget planning, and ROI forecasts.
2. Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate cross‑functionally—Product, Sales, Design, Customer Success—to align on campaign deliverables.
- Oversee creation and launch: landing pages, email nurture flows, paid ads, webinars, and product promotions.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Own KPI dashboards (Data Studio, Amplitude) and regularly report marketing data to stakeholders (incl. Funnel performance, ads, email, SEO, social & content data).
- Analyze campaign data (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio), identifying trends and growth areas.
- Develop and maintain reporting in Google Data Studio to surface real‑time performance insights for stakeholders.
- Optimize ongoing initiatives through A/B testing, incremental improvements, and stakeholder insights.
4. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Alignment
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to clarify campaign scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Provide clear audience maps, campaign briefs, and documentation to ensure alignment.
5. Insights & Reporting
- Build dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership, recommending next steps and resources.
6. Team & Vendor Management
- Manage freelance agencies and internal junior team members: setting goals, onboarding, mentoring.
- Advise on recruitment and development of analytical and marketing talent.
7. Event & Promotion Management
- Lead planning and execution of global events—webinars, trade shows, demos—to support lead generation.
- Partner with creative teams on collateral, messaging, and brand storytelling.
