About Emotiv

  • Emotiv is a pioneering neurotechnology company democratizing professional‑grade EEG for researchers, developers, and wellness innovators worldwide. Our wireless headsets, SDKs, and cloud analytics unlock breakthrough work in neuroscience, cognitive performance, and brain–computer interface applications.

Position Overview

  • We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic Business Analyst to connect Emotiv’s growth ambitions to quantifiable results. You’ll create, manage, and optimize multi‑channel marketing programs—turning business goals into evidence‑based actions that accelerate acquisition, activation, and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Design and map multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to Emotiv’s strategic goals and segment‑specific needs.
  • Define success via SMART KPIs, budget planning, and ROI forecasts.

2. Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate cross‑functionally—Product, Sales, Design, Customer Success—to align on campaign deliverables.
  • Oversee creation and launch: landing pages, email nurture flows, paid ads, webinars, and product promotions.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Own KPI dashboards (Data Studio, Amplitude) and regularly report marketing data to stakeholders (incl. Funnel performance, ads, email, SEO, social & content data).
  • Analyze campaign data (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio), identifying trends and growth areas.
  • Develop and maintain reporting in Google Data Studio to surface real‑time performance insights for stakeholders.
  • Optimize ongoing initiatives through A/B testing, incremental improvements, and stakeholder insights.

4. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to clarify campaign scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Provide clear audience maps, campaign briefs, and documentation to ensure alignment.

5. Insights & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership, recommending next steps and resources.

6. Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage freelance agencies and internal junior team members: setting goals, onboarding, mentoring.
  • Advise on recruitment and development of analytical and marketing talent.

7. Event & Promotion Management

  • Lead planning and execution of global events—webinars, trade shows, demos—to support lead generation.
  • Partner with creative teams on collateral, messaging, and brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in performance-focused marketing campaigns (preferably tech, SaaS, health tech).
  • Deep experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo), analytics tools (GA4, Looker), and paid media.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable in agile, fast-evolving environments.

Benefits

  • Work at the intersection of neuroscience, tech, and innovation.
  • Join a global team of scientists, engineers, creatives, and marketers.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly, and career-forward environment.
  • Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and cutting-edge projects.
