Responsibilities
Design core solutions to address client business needs; research and develop service models and practical case solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support sales/client success teams in meetings to gather and verify requirements.
Educate stakeholders on new services, develop and communicate corporate strategies, consolidate business plans, and prepare regular/ad-hoc research or market reports.
Analyze client requests and business situations, identify needs, and propose appropriate strategies and solutions; coordinate internal resources to develop proposals, service models, and quotations.
Research market trends and opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders to create new service models based on technology and localize group service models for the Vietnam market.
Assist Directors and BODs with strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and analytical reports; complete reporting activities on time and take on other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Age 24–32, Bachelor’s degree.
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 and business-level Japanese (JLPT N2).
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Market Research, or Consulting (CX, DX, Management & Business Consulting preferred).
Strong familiarity with global B2B business environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and task allocation.
Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and managerial skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities with high attention to detail.
