About the Role
We are building a cross-border delivery team in partnership with a Southeast Asia-based technology consulting firm, supporting large-scale digital transformation projects for enterprise clients across banking, fintech, and telecom sectors.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with both local and international stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into clear specifications, and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This is a long-term role with opportunity for international exposure and strong career growth.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients
- Create BRDs, FSDs, use cases, user flows, and wireframes as needed
- Work closely with product managers, tech leads, developers, and QA teams
- Facilitate workshops, support UAT, and help resolve requirement-related gaps
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across the onshore and offshore teams
- Travel to the Philippines (1–2 months/rotation) when required for on-site collaboration with client teams
Requirements
Must-have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or digital projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Solid experience in writing BRD/FSD, process diagrams (BPMN/UML), and API specs
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel internationally for short-term assignments (1–2 months per trip)
Nice-to-have:
- Background in banking, fintech, or telecom projects
- Experience working in cross-border or offshore delivery setups
- Basic familiarity with testing (UAT, SIT), backlog grooming, or stakeholder demo sessions
