Your role & responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze product-related business requirements and processes. 
  • Prepare requirement documentation such as user stories, wireframes, and specifications in collaboration with the design team. 
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with gameplay and business goals. 
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and QC to propose and validate solutions. 
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, deadlines, and priorities. 
  • Create and track tasks on JIRA, applying Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. 
  • Support UAT by preparing test cases, assisting in testing, and confirming deliverables meet agreed requirements. 
  • Provide user manuals and training to ensure smooth adoption of the product.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the gaming or software development industry. 
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and backlog management. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent. 
  • Ability to create and manage user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Good knowledge of UAT processes, test case preparation, and validation. 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WORKING HOURS 

Monday to Friday weekly: 

  • Morning: 08:30 to 12:00 
  • Afternoon: 13:00 to 17:30
