Business Analyst (BA)

• Ensure the Team understands the product requirements & backlog and the product is delivered at high quality;
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in to define detailed requirements. Gather, organize and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources;
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client;
• Document product’s vision and project’s scope;
• Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality;
• Deliver document write-up such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, User Guide, Feature Study and other document that might be required;
• Liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification, issue highlight as well as project discussion.

Experiences:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience with Agile project management delivery methodologies;
• Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centrics mindset.

Skills:

• Read/write English documentation (Basic);
• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis;
• Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Waterfall).

Attitude:

• Aptitude to learn and understand new technologies;
• Thorough, paying attention to details.

Other:

• Ability to move and work in another location when require (customer’s onsite).
