Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Consolidate information from departments to make sure that all parties understand the project requirements,solutions and planning in the same way.
- Help manage expectations of users and management, consulting users in translate their expectation into software requirements.
- Perform analysis on newly released features using usage metrics and customer feedback.
- Analyzing the impact of change requests during software development project.
- Ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by users/departments.
- Write reusable, clear, precise documentation, with helpful visual diagrams.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Solution/Technical Architect, Developers, Testers and teams to provide details about software solutions business requirements and support project team in development complex business logic.

- Perform market research by speaking with customers and prospects.
- Working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions.
