About Company

Your role & responsibilities

  • Communicate with Japanese clients on all project-related matters.
  • Analyze, clarify, and transfer client’s requests and requirements to project team members.
  • Verify and develop design documents.
  • Control all inbound and outbound project’s materials.
  • Manage or work closely with Delivery team/ sales team to monitor and control project.
  • Report to Leader and Line Manager.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any majors.
  • From 4 year of experience in overall, at least 1 year working experience as IT comtor, BrSE or Project Manager.
  • Good in Japanese N2/N3 or equivalent (Reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
  • Able to work under tight schedule.
  • Good design documentation is required.
  • Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
