About Company
Your role & responsibilities
- Participate in requirement definition and analysis with producers in Japan.
- Work alongside with other engineers in teams to promote technology and ensure consistency in accordance with industry best practices.
- Engineer management (progress management, task management, personnel management, etc.)
- Implementation instructions to offshore destinations.
- Escalate issues and consultations from the Philippines to the Japanese development team.
- Feedback on deliverables (source code, test results)
- Analysis requirement & task related to Coding, Implementation / Operation/Maintenance.
Your skills & qualifications
- Excellent in Japanese speaking and writing and reading (N2-N1 level with excellent communication skill).
- Had at least 3 years of experience working as a bridge system engineer.
- Experience with web development framework: HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
- Technical background is required.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, new technologies.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- To be honest in communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
- Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
