BRIDGE SYSTEM ENGINEER (JAPANESE N2~)

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirement definition and analysis with producers in Japan.
  • Work alongside with other engineers in teams to promote technology and ensure consistency in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Engineer management (progress management, task management, personnel management, etc.)
  • Implementation instructions to offshore destinations.
  • Escalate issues and consultations from the Philippines to the Japanese development team.
  • Feedback on deliverables (source code, test results)
  • Analysis requirement & task related to Coding, Implementation / Operation/Maintenance.

Your skills & qualifications:

  • Excellent in Japanese speaking and writing and reading (N2-N1 level with excellent communication skill).
  • Had at least 3 years of experience working as a bridge system engineer.
  • Experience with web development framework: HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
  • Technical background is required. 
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
  • Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, new technologies.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • To be honest in communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
  • Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
