Responsibilities

Responsible for system design and project management (planning, scheduling, adjusting schedules, etc.).
Receiving and discussing requirements from Japanese clients through internet meetings or business trips to Japan for direct explanations from clients.
Writing design documents in Japanese and Vietnamese, then explaining and distributing tasks to team members.
Acting as a bridge to convey project issues to clients and additional requests from clients to team members.

Requirements

Male or female, aged 25 to 35
At least 3 year of experience in BSE position
Ability to work onsite in Japan.
Experience in writing system detail design documents.
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher
Dynamic, sociable, and willing to help team members complete projects on schedule.
