Blockchain Developers

What You’ll Do :

• Being involved in the research, design, and development of a wide array of blockchain applications, including smart contracts, tokens, industry-specific DApps, ledger transactions, and cryptocurrency wallet applications that will lead industry standards, and more.
• Participate in the full life cycle of Blockchain and related software development.
• Work around the following tech stack: Solidity (Smart Contracts development), Javascript/ Typescript (NodeJs/ Java Backend development).
• Develop and deploy smart contracts centered on DAO including but not limited to ERC-20 token standard, staking contract with token emissions for a single token as well as Liquidity Pair pools, IDO integration, and audit support.
• Collaborate with managers to determine blockchain technology needs and credit functionalities.
• Closely cooperate with technical groups on smart contracts, security, and other queries related to protocols and software.
• Supervise the entire stack that runs the blockchain applications.
• Maintain and extend current client and server-side applications that are responsible for integration and business logic.
• Apply cryptology techniques to protect against cyber attacks.
• Think creatively about attack vectors, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproductive test environments, and developing fixes.
• Take pride and ownership of everything you are assigned, seeing all tasks through to completion. Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with a team of developers, designers, and project managers.
• Passion for learning new technologies and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, such as Blockchain and Defi technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing Blockchain technologies, such as smart contract, decentralized applications (DApps) development, and other Web3 solutions is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Javascript, C++, Typescript, Node.js, React, HTTPs, APIs, and REST,...
• Experience with smart contract development frameworks, such as Hardhat, Brownie, or Truffle.
• Experience with contract libraries, such as Dappsys and OpenZeppelin.
• Must be good with Git and Git workflow.
• Familiarity with open-source development and collaborations.
• Experience with test-driven development and the use of testing frameworks.
• Experience defining security strategies and securing high-value systems.
• Experience with database architecture and design to create a storage solution for managing distributed data/state in a database system.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals behind smart contracts and cryptocurrencies as well as security, vulnerabilities, and detection.
• Familiar with Cloud infrastructure management, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
