Backend Engineer (JAVA/Spring/JPA)

• Analyzing Product Owner requirements, developing RestAPI to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the Front-end.
• Managing infrastructure to ensure MSA are running optimally.
• Managing and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.
• Responsible for performance debugging and benchmarking.
• Actively participate in Sprint QA.
• Collaborating with the front-end engineers and other team members to establish objectives and design. more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Participate in all team activities and agile processes: scrum, refining, retrospective, etc…
• Stay up-to-date on merging technologies.

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Back-end Developer.
• Excellent knowledge of OOP, multi-threading programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proficient understanding of Java programming & Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience in using JPA, Mybatis.
• Proactive and responsible in improving code quality through automated testing/refactor tech debts/code reviews.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of MSA or Netflix-OSS.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Memcached, NoSQL.
• Able to use Git and follow Gitflow workflow.
• Experience with issue tracking software such as Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile development process.
• Experience development ERP, CRM system is big plus.
• Basic communication English skills.
