• Main development duties are as follows:
• Responsible for designing the system architecture
• Write high-quality, well-tested code for back-end services
• Work closely with other members (Engineering, Product, QC) to discuss and challenge product requirements and solutions that solve users' problems
• Contribute to defining and shaping the fundamentals of engineering for the team
• Be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle
• Provide timely solutions
• Participate in recruiting and training new members
• Other related tasks as required by superiors.

B. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Language Skill: Excellent communication in English or Japanese
• Computer Skill: Modern programming Golang
• Working Experience: 5 year+

Must Requirements:

• Working experience with Golang API Frameworks such as Gin, Beego, ...
• Knowledge of service security and server-side performance issues
• Experience developing and working in a virtualized or Dockerized environment
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs- Experience with CI/CD e.g., Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.
• Experience with encouraging the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organisation (TDD, BDD, etc)
• Strong contributions to team discussions and stand-ups
• Experience working with micro-service project
• Great back-end coding skill
• Have good leadership skills
• Passionate about the product
• Able to work under pressure.

Prefferable Skills:

• Expeience with agile system development
