Your role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and frameworks like Flask, or FastAPI
Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Implement security measures and ensure data protection.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Your skills & qualifications
At least 2 year of hands-on experience with Python backend development.
Proficient in Python and frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
Experience working with Celery for asynchronous tasks or background jobs.
Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Familiar with version control systems (especially Git).
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Good understanding of security best practices and data protection.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
