We are looking for experienced members to join the Product Development team to achieve the vision together. This role will report to the Product Manager and work closely with software engineers, UI/UX Designer, QC, and Data Analyst in an agile squad - who are experienced leaders in the e-commerce industry.
We like people who are willing to say “Yes!”, always motivated and passionate about problem-solving. Great if you are a systematic thinker, user experience and have experience developing products to support E-commerce or Omni-channel operation.
What’s the HPI’s product strategy
From 2022, we are building the foundations of a platform that adapted to our new business model. We believe that omni-channel will not only utilize our strength in the fashion industry but also help us to serve and reach more Customers. Beside that, we’re strongly focusing to shape customer segments, understand and deliver our best product fit to them.

Drive to our product strategy, we’ll own the whole technology platform.
Your role & responsibilities
- Focus on developing the Omni-channel Ecosystem to operate millions of orders per month in the first year.
- Work with Tech Lead guidance to understand requirements, participate in the solution design process and write coding/system documents.
- Design, develop and maintain the system for achieving stability, scalability, and high performance.
- Collaborate to integrate with other internal services and 3rd partners’ services.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and other engineers to deliver high-quality products and target the system with minor errors.
Your skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack development.
- Excellent knowledge of Magento (Adobe Commerce).
- Experience in NodeJS and Golang is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka.
- Experience in system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Knowledge in Microservices, CI/CD is an advantage.
- Good at unit testing. Good at document writing and clean-coding skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and tasks as needed.
- Good soft skills such as communication and customer-oriented.
