Your role & responsibilities

Execute functional and integration tests on test tracks, public roads, or chassis dynamometers.
Perform flashing, commissioning, and pre-checks of software releases from suppliers (e.g., flashing, DID checks).
Troubleshoot issues related to flashing/commissioning activities.
Conduct initial issue analysis for anomalies potentially caused by eMotor or MCU.
Collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to analyze root causes and verify effective solutions.
Collect and analyze communication data using CANanalyzer or CANoe tools.
Ensure 5S and safety practices are followed strictly during testing activities.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Automotive or equivalent.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in automotive software integration testing.
Proficiency in using CANanalyzer or CANoe for data logging and analysis.
Familiar with flashing and commissioning procedures for embedded automotive systems.
Knowledge of 5S standards and safety requirements in automotive test environments.
Valid driving license (B2 or higher) and confident driving skills, especially in test environments.
Basic communication skills in English, especially for reading technical documentation.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Having experience working with electric drivetrain systems (eMotor, MCU) is a plus.
Having familiarity with FRS (Functional Requirement Specification) and ECU diagnostics is a plus
